Hana Skincare Company Limited is proud to offer unique high quality skincare products. We are sure you will be fully satisfied with your hana® product but if for some reason you’re not, we will refund your purchase.

Hana Skincare Company Ltd also offers an exchange policy on all damaged products due to product or packaging fault or incorrect items received.

Whether you are seeking a refund, or an exchange due to product damage or incorrect item received please contact us on info@skincarehana.com

Please send us detailed information about the reason for your return.

One of our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Once our team has been in contact with you they will then ask you to return the goods. Only upon receiving the goods will a refund or exchange be processed. Please note that we will not reimburse the cost of return shipping, or accept liability for customs duties or taxes.

After the exchange or refund has been confirmed, please send the rejected product with your customer details to:

We recommend you mark your parcel as ‘return goods’ to avoid customs delays. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process. You will need to contact your chosen delivery provider to locate your parcel.

Once your returned goods have been received by our team it can take up to 10 business days for your refund or exchanged items to be processed.  We will then contact you to confirm your refund or exchange has been processed and we will then notify you when your new product has been sent to you.
