What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX). You can process your payment securely through PayPal.
Do I need to have a PayPal account to make payment?
No, you don’t. Simply fill in your credit card details and confirm your shipping address. Choose PayPal for your payment (you do not need a PayPal account to complete your payment).
What currencies do you accept?
We accept NZD only and all the prices showing on the website are in NZ Dollar.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. All your personal information (name, address and contact details) are stored securely on our server.
We do not keep any record of your credit cards. All credit cards are processed via PayPal – An international secure payment gateway.
Do you have an exchange policy?
Yes, we do for damaged and incorrect items received. We also have a money back guarantee. For more information please refer to our returns and exchange policy.
How long does it take for my item to be replaced?
Once our team has received your return it will take approximately 10 working days for the item to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Does hana® skincare use alcohol in their products?
We do not use what is commonly called ‘alcohol’ in any of our formulations.
The reference to “alcohol” on our labels refers to the cetearyl wheat straw glycosides and cetearyl alcohol, and this is different to the harmful alcohols mentioned above.
Cetaryl alcohol is made from vegetable oil and joined to the wheat glycoside from the wheat straw, to make a very gentle and nourishing binder for the water and oil parts of our formulations. The wheat straw glycoside and cetearyl alcohol is extracted after seed heads have been removed from the wheat stalks.
What are those icons printed on the packaging mean?
The hana® formula is not tested on animals.
hana® packaging is 100% recyclable under category 1 PET.
